Expectations of Clients

  • Beauty Works is a mobile business that offers treatments in the comfort of clients homes. In respect of this, please accommodate the necessary space for this and ensure the working area is clutter free.
  • Please keep pets and distractions at bay.
  • Please can clients ensure they are punctual and ready for their appointment. 
  • Beauty Works has an appointment cancellation policy which must be followed. There is a minimum requirement for 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment – Failing to give this period of notice will incur a 50% payment for treatments originally booked. 
  • If you have booked an appointment and require additional treatments, please contact prior to visit so equipment and products can be allocated. 
  • There is a minimum spend of £15.00 per visit and payments must be made by cash on appointment.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your wedding / party booking. Once deposit payment has been received, party details will be confirmed. The deposit will then be deducted from your final bill. Payments can be made by cash or via cheque.
  • The Beauty Works Reward Loyalty scheme discount is excluded from the Wedding Preparation package.
  • Beauty Works reserves the right to amend treatment prices without notice.
